Our Workshop in Wellness - November 11th

The well trained and skillful healing talents of Mr. Masa Nakamura and Ms. Stacy Harris were put to use at Sat Naam's November 11th Wellness Workshop. An introduction to the healing arts of kinesiology and cranio sacral therapy were defined, explained, and demonstrated to a really wonderful turnout. Some Sat Naam regulars in addition to some completely new faces were in attendance at the first of many alternative health oriented practices to be made available at our fledgling healing and arts center. Who said that the road to seeking good health couldn’t also be fun and informative. This is definitely obvious from the photos luckily captured at our first wellness workshop.
